Job Summary: We are seeking an HSE Supervisor to ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards in telecommunications and infrastructure projects. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training in safety and operations We are a specialized company in telecommunications engineering and applied technologies, currently seeking an **HSE Supervisor** to oversee and ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards during the execution of telecommunications and technological infrastructure projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental aspects during project execution. * **Prepare, review, and control SSOMA documentation required for work execution (ATS, IPERC, PETS, work permits, and procedures).** * Coordinate work releases with operational, construction, and quality departments. * **Supervise activities related to microwave radio links, structured cabling, fiber optics, communication systems, and electrical installations.** * Supervise high-risk work, especially working at heights, tower climbing, metal structures, and electrical activities. * **Conduct field safety inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions.** * Coordinate and deliver inductions, trainings, and safety talks. * **Verify proper use of PPE, tools, and work equipment.** * Manage incident investigations, follow-ups, observations, and corrective actions. * **Manage quality matrices and deliverables required for project documentation.** * Coordinate and conduct work releases according to established procedures. * **Participate in FAT and SAT testing management as applicable.** * Prepare weekly management reports for relevant departments. * Perform other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * **Graduate engineer, registered and licensed in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering,** or related fields. * **Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HSE, SSOMA, or Safety Supervisor.** * Experience supervising telecommunications, energy, or mining projects. * **Experience supervising high-risk work, especially working at heights, telecommunications towers, and electrical installations.** * Knowledge of ATS, IPERC, PETS, work permits, and risk management. * **Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and document management.** * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * **AutoCAD knowledge (desirable).** * Availability to work under a project-based regime. * **Immediate availability.Benefits** * Opportunity for professional development in telecommunications and applied technology projects. * Ongoing training in safety and operations. * Positive work environment and stability during the project. * Timely payments. * Potential for continuation in future organizational projects based on performance. **Skills** * Leadership and team supervision. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Decision making. * Organization and planning. * Working under pressure. * Strong sense of responsibility. **Benefits** * Per diems covered according to the project regime. * Ongoing training in safety, telecommunications, and operational management. * **Opportunity for professional development and participation in future projects.** * Timely payments. **Potential for continuation in new company projects based on performance.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Are you a graduate engineer, registered and licensed in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, or related fields? * Do you have over 3 years of experience as an HSE or SSOMA Supervisor? * Do you have experience supervising telecommunications work, microwave radio links, structured cabling, fiber optics, or electrical installations? * Do you have experience in safety management, preparation of ATS, IPERC, PETS, and work permits? * Do you agree with a monthly remuneration of S/. 3700 soles?
