Emphasis on leadership, effective communication, and decision-making **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering disciplines * Minimum two (2) years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor or in equivalent positions (experience calculated from graduation date) * Completion of a diploma and/or specialized course in Occupational Safety and Health totaling no less than 100 hours * Valid training certificates for high-risk work activities to be supervised (minimum 8 hours per high-risk activity), issued within the last year * Proven experience supervising high-risk work activities * Required knowledge: Occupational Safety and Health, IPERC, Incident and Accident Investigation, G.050 Regulation (where applicable), and environmental management applicable to construction and service projects * Competencies: Leadership / Effective Communication / Decision-Making Under Pressure * Flexibility to work rotating shifts when required * Proficiency in technological tools (Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel proficiency is mandatory) * Valid A1 Driver's License (non-restrictive) * For university degrees obtained abroad, SUNEDU validation must be submitted **BENEFITS:** * Payroll registration from day one * Social benefits under the MYPE regime * Career path * Willingness to work in Callao * Salary: between S/.2500.00 and S/.2800.00 per month, subject to evaluation Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Salary: S/.2,600.00 - S/.2,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
