We are an advertising agency currently looking for an organized, proactive, and communicative **Administrative Assistant** to support the company’s various administrative activities. The selected candidate will provide support in administrative processes, internal coordination, and customer service, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in **payment management and administrative control**. * Tracking of **collections and coordination with customers**. * **Customer service** via telephone, email, and WhatsApp. * Support in administrative tasks related to **human resources**. * Management and tracking of **procurements and suppliers**. * Document organization and support in general administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in administrative positions**. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in **office tools (Excel, Word, email)**. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. * Excellent communication skills and customer interaction ability.
