Responsibilities: ·GENERAL · Employment Contracts · Monthly Payroll SPECIFIC · Personnel Payroll Contracts · Service Provision Contracts · Office Staff Attendance Registers · Calculation of Fifth Category Income Tax · Notarial Procedures · Job Application Form: Professional Profile, Salary Range, Position or Department, MOF, Start Date, and Contract Duration · Personnel Files – Document Retention Periods · Pay Slip · Establishing the schedule of days off, monitoring and recording · Contract renewals and new inclusions · Scheduling deliveries or pickups of contracts and addendums (with logistical support) **Requirements:** \* Degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. \* Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. \* Strong organizational capabilities, including time management and multitasking. \* Excellent internal customer service and teamwork skills. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment registration from Day 1, including all statutory benefits.
