Active assistance in the operating room during procedures **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide timely and efficient care with warmth and professionalism to patients requiring surgical intervention. 1\. Know the scheduled procedure and attend the patient at the appropriate time; greet the patient cordially and treat them kindly. 2\. Prepare all necessary instruments and materials for the procedure, verifying that no item is missing before the intervention begins. 3\. Perform surgical hand washing, then don sterile attire—with assistance from the circulating nurse—and put on sterile gloves. 4\. Set up instrument tables while strictly maintaining aseptic technique, arranging all items in the correct order according to each surgical step. 5\.
