




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior People Partner to support HR processes, talent development, and organizational structure management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in key HR processes and the employee lifecycle 2. Execution of corporate development and performance management processes 3. Strengthening a high-performance culture and talent development **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** **JUNIOR PEOPLE PARTNER** **Work Location:** Villa El Salvador. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Providing support in recruitment and selection (G\& down bands), hiring, onboarding, organizational changes, and separations, ensuring compliance with defined internal policies, established budgets, equity, labor legislation, and audits of their respective segments. * Executing corporate development and performance management processes and tools for G\& down bands within assigned business lines to ensure talent retention and development. * Maintaining up-to-date organizational structures, job profiles, and position descriptions, and conducting rigorous monitoring of personnel budget and cost controls to enhance productivity and business results impact. * Coordinating and delivering technical training within assigned business lines according to identified needs and approved budgets, to reinforce a high-performance culture and develop employees. * Monitoring organizational culture indicators (e.g., engagement surveys) and strengthening the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, retain, and develop talent. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 1\-2 years of professional experience in similar roles such as HR Partner, Analyst, or Generalist. * Knowledge and experience using an ERP system. * Proficiency in data analysis using Excel.
