We are currently seeking **drivers holding a valid A3C or A3B license**, interested in joining our team and increasing their income according to performance. **What do we offer?** * Earn between S/ 3,500 and S/ 5,000 monthly, depending on vehicle type and number of services performed. The more trips you complete, the more you earn! * **Semi-annual bonuses** of **S/ 1,000** each. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Job stability and a favorable working environment. **What profile are we looking for?** * Valid **A3C or A3B driver’s license**. * Experience operating **double-axle trucks (15 tons)** and/or **semitrailers (30 tons)** with **Fuller boxes**. * Responsibility and commitment to safety, order, and vehicle care. * Availability to work in Ventanilla. **Additional Information:** * Employment under the **MYPE regime**. * **One weekly rest day**.
