Opportunity for growth in a positive work environment **Transportation Assistant** Callao, Lima Full-time **Job Description:** We are currently looking for a **Transportation Assistant** to join our operations team. We seek an organized, proactive, and goal-oriented individual with a focus on logistics. **Responsibilities:** * Support daily scheduling of vehicles and drivers * Monitor vehicle departures and returns * Verify documentation for vehicles and drivers * Record routes, schedules, and services performed * Coordinate with drivers in case of incidents en route * Monitor fuel consumption and trip reports * Support preventive and corrective maintenance tracking * Prepare daily operations reports * Verify compliance with safety and traffic regulations * Provide operational support to other departments * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in logistics, transportation, or related fields (preferred) * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions * Proficiency in Excel (basic or intermediate) * Availability to work in Callao * Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
