Positive work environment and growth within the Operations Department. **BIO TRANSPORTES PERÚ E.I.R.L.**, a company specialized in personnel transportation, is seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to supervise and coordinate the daily execution of transportation services, ensuring adherence to operational scheduling and to the company’s established standards for quality, safety, and service. **Requirements** * University or technical degree in **Transportation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics**, or related fields. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, especially Excel, at an intermediate level**. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in transportation, logistics, or related operational roles. * Prior experience in **operations, fleet supervision, and/or personnel transportation** is desirable. * Knowledge of **Occupational Health and Safety procedures**. * Basic knowledge of vehicles and fleet management is desirable. * Ability to prepare reports and track operational incidents. * Availability to perform direct field supervision duties. * Availability to work in **Callao**. * Must reside in **Callao or nearby areas**. **Responsibilities** * Daily supervision of the proper execution of **transportation services scheduled by the Operations Manager**. * Verification of compliance with assigned **schedules, routes, departures, and services**. * Supervision of drivers’ **attendance, punctuality, appearance, and adherence to operational directives**. * Verification that vehicles are in appropriate condition regarding **operability, cleanliness, appearance, and safety** prior to service delivery. * Verification that vehicles possess all required documentation, equipment, and safety items for operation. * Monitoring of observations related to **vehicle maintenance and cleaning**, promptly reporting any non-compliance or issues that could affect service continuity. * First-line response to **operational incidents** occurring during service execution. * Coordination of immediate actions in response to delays, driver absences, vehicle breakdowns, or other contingencies, within the authority delegated by the Operations Manager. * Timely communication to the Operations Manager of incidents requiring higher-level decisions or potentially compromising service continuity. * Preparation and submission of **daily incident reports, service compliance reports, and operational observations**. * Periodic and random inspections of vehicles, drivers, and services to verify compliance with company-established standards. * Supervision and enforcement of established **rules, procedures, and operational directives**. * Support in information gathering and incident investigation when required. * Ongoing communication with the Operations Manager regarding service progress. * Proposing improvements aimed at optimizing operational execution. * Performing other duties related to the nature of the position as assigned by the Operations Manager. **Competencies** * Ability to supervise and lead operations. * Organizational and monitoring skills. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and operational judgment. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to work directly with operational staff. **Benefits** * Competitive market-aligned remuneration commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Professional training and development opportunities. * Opportunity to join a company undergoing strengthening and expansion of its Operations Department. * Positive work environment. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** Callao If you meet the requirements and wish to join a company specialized in personnel transportation, **apply now!** **BIO TRANSPORTES PERÚ E.I.R.L.** values commitment, responsibility, and teamwork. **We look forward to welcoming you!** Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
