Social media communication management **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** * Respond to customer inquiries regarding Medsculp's hair removal services and other aesthetic treatments. * Manage and maintain social media communication, providing prompt and effective responses. * Advise customers on treatments, promotions, and special packages. * Effectively address concerns and handle objections to ensure a positive customer experience. * Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve company goals. * Working Conditions: * **Administrative Tasks:** * Maintain up-to-date customer records. * Manage office supplies and product inventory. * Perform general reception duties, including answering phone calls, sending emails, and preparing documentation. * Process payments based on patient consultations. * Generate invoices and receipts within the system. * Send invoices and receipts to patients internally * **Requirements:** * **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in reception roles, preferably in the aesthetics, beauty, or medical services sector. * **Skills:** * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * **Customer Service:** Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. * **Organization:** Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in computer tools. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. **We Offer:** * Join a leading company in the aesthetic sector. * Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environment. * Employment contract under the REMYPE payroll modality. * Compensation: S/ 1350.00 \+ commissions.
