Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible cleaning operator to maintain and disinfect various areas, as well as manage custody and replenishment of materials. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for maintenance of stores, offices, and operational areas. 2. Management of cleaning and disinfection materials for common areas. 3. Assistance in basic maintenance of machinery and equipment. **COMPANY BELONGING TO THE ELECTRIC SECTOR, SEEKING A CLEANING OPERATOR TO WORK AT AV. COLONIAL \- CALLAO.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of verified experience in related activities. * Completed secondary education is not mandatory. * Individuals with responsibility, punctuality, organization, and strong manual and visual skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for maintaining the store, offices, and company operational areas. * Responsible for custody and replenishment of cleaning supplies and tools. * Floor maintenance\-cleaning: performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and using a mop. * Furniture maintenance\-cleaning: degreasing and dusting all parts of furniture. * Glass maintenance\-cleaning: removing dust, dirt, and rainwater droplets. * Disinfection of common areas, dining rooms, restrooms, and transit areas. * Waxing of stairs. * Emptying trash bins: always carrying out appropriate recycling procedures. * Replenishment of materials: those required at the workplace, including toilet paper and liquid soap. * Disposal of solid waste via municipal garbage truck. * Assistance in maintenance of relevant machinery and equipment (basic painting, basic plumbing, cleaning and lubrication of machines). * Other related duties. **Benefits:** * Salary S/ 1350\. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits, including profit sharing, CTS, bonuses, insurance, EsSalud, and family allowance (if applicable). * Biweekly payments. * Positive work environment. **Interested candidates meeting the above requirements should send their documented CV to segethmed@gmail.com / SUBJECT: CLEANING OPERATOR** Salary: Starting from S/.1,350\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
