




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform administrative and support functions in personnel management, finance, and accounting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and documentary process support 2. Procurement, collections, and petty cash management 3. Support in recruitment and personnel control **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Organized, proactive, responsible individual with teamwork capabilities. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Issuance of invoices and payment receipts through the SUNAT portal. * Management and follow-up of collections. * Petty cash handling and control. * Procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers. * Administrative and documentary process support. * Customer contract follow-up. * Support in personnel recruitment and control. * Contract tracking, renewals, personnel documentation, and insurance (Mandatory Life Insurance and EPS). * Preparation and consolidation of expense and income information for monthly accounting closing. * Support in submitting petitions, claims, appeals, among others, via SUNAT and Tax Court virtual platforms. * Other duties as assigned. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration (including private health insurance EPS). * Remuneration: S/ 2,200\.00 – S/ 2,800\.00 depending on experience * MYPE regime Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,200\.00 \- S/.2,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
