We are an advertising company currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to efficiently handle Accounts Receivable responsibilities while maintaining polite language and assertive communication. REQUIREMENTS: * University graduate or bachelor's degree (or technical degree) in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Experience with the Siscont Accounting System (preferred) * Negotiation and persuasion skills * Ability to work under pressure * Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, critical thinking, and immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for billing and collections, registration and tracking of invoices and receipts. * Bank reconciliations * Provide support in certain accounting tasks * Achieve established objectives BENEFITS: * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (on-site in Pueblo Libre). * **Pleasant, motivating, and collaborative work environment** Employment Type: Permanent Salary: S/.1,400.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
