We are looking for a **Collections Manager** \- **temporary**, to work in San Isidro, whose primary objective is the efficient and effective recovery of outstanding debts or credits via telephone contact. **Responsibilities:** * Contact individuals or companies with overdue payments. * Propose payment plans or discounts within the terms established by the firm. * Document all interactions and call outcomes. * Ensure collection activities comply with current legislation. * Enhance debt recovery efficiency for the firm's clients. **Requirements:** * Technical or university-level education. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections. * Preferred: Experience managing charged-off accounts and judicial collections. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ bonuses for achieving targets. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM * Dynamic and professional work environment. * Opportunity to learn from highly experienced lawyers. * Potential to assume responsibilities that foster professional growth.
