Description

Job Summary: Promote group credit products, assess repayment capacity, organize and train groups, provide ongoing advisory services, and conduct monitoring and collections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion and evaluation of group credit products 2. Organization and training of client groups 3. Ongoing advisory services and monitoring of credit cycles * Promote group credit products in assigned areas, identifying potential clients. * Assess the repayment capacity of group members by collecting information from personal, neighborhood, and commercial references. * Organize and train groups, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines. * Provide ongoing advisory services to clients on proper credit usage and product benefits. * Conduct continuous monitoring of the group throughout the credit cycle, ensuring timely installment payments. * Carry out preventive and corrective field collection activities in accordance with the recovery policy. * Prepare and submit daily cash closing reports and operational control reports. Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
