The ideal candidate will possess strong team management skills, expertise in collection strategies, and a results-oriented approach. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and guide the collections team to meet established targets. * Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies. * Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. * Analyze key performance indicators and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. * Manage complex cases and negotiations with debtors. **Requirements** * Proven experience supervising collections teams. * More than 1 year of experience in collections. * Knowledge of collections management techniques and tools. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving goals.
