




Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service representative for a freight forwarding agency, responsible for shipment tracking, personalized customer service, and operational coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized customer service and shipment tracking. 2. Strategic coordination with the commercial and operations teams. 3. Responsibility for managing import/export operations. We are currently recruiting personnel for our office in Callao, for the **CUSTOMER SERVICE** position at our **Freight Forwarding Agency**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in International Business Administration. * Knowledge of freight forwarding. * Intermediate level spoken and written English. * Preferably 5 years of experience in similar positions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Tracking and monitoring of customers' air/maritime import/export shipments. * Providing personalized customer service. * Coordinating with the assigned commercial executive and reporting on assigned accounts and continuous process improvement. * Supporting the commercial area in maintaining assigned accounts and reporting any operational discrepancies. * Entering information into the system. * Coordinating with Operations – FWD and other departments (as needed) to ensure proper shipment handling. Managing air and maritime transmissions, coordinating with local carriers, processing visa approvals, managing warehouse pickups from air and maritime warehouses, and handling settlements. * Verifying rates and profits for each assigned shipment to ensure accurate file closure. * Taking full responsibility and commitment to company policies. * Other duties assigned to the position. **BENEFITS:** * Ongoing training * Pleasant work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
