Job Summary: Bocasion is seeking a Customer Service/Cafeteria Assistant to support the operational management of food services, providing personalized customer service and participating in food preparation. We are currently seeking a **Customer Service/Cafeteria Assistant** to support the operational management of our food services! **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized service to our customers. * Participate in the preparation of bread, triples, and sandwiches, serving and attending customers according to established standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Verify availability of necessary resources before opening and monitor quantities of food received from the kitchen. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service or in the food and beverage industry. * Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Availability to obtain a Sanitary Certificate (Carnet de sanidad). * Availability to work in the Callao district. **Schedule:** * Morning shift: Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week, from 7 AM to 4 PM. * Afternoon shift: Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week, from 12 PM to 9 PM. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Career development path. * Ongoing training. * Bi-weekly payments. * 100% covered meals. * Statutory benefits.
