If you have a strong service orientation, abundant energy, and seek job stability within an innovative environment, we’re looking for you! **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** You’ll be the face of the brand and responsible for ensuring the store operates flawlessly: * **Experience Host:** Greet customers with charisma, explain the games, and ensure they have fun. * **Technical Operator:** Operate, monitor, and maintain Virtual Reality equipment. * **Sales Management:** Conduct cash register opening and closing with full accountability, while actively driving sales and promotions. * **Order & Control:** Assist with daily inventory counts and maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the premises. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?** * **Experience:** Moderate experience in customer service, retail sales, or entertainment. * **Profile:** An extroverted individual with strong communication skills and high empathy. (Mandatory). * **Age:** Between 18 and 29 years old. * **Interests:** Genuine interest in technology and video games. * **Values:** Honesty, punctuality, and commitment are essential for this full-time position. **WORK SCHEDULE (Full-Time):** We seek total commitment; therefore, immediate availability is required for: * **Workweek:** 6 working days per week / 1 rotating day off (rotating between Monday and Wednesday). * **Rotating Shifts (Mandatory availability for both):** * **Opening Shift:** 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (includes 1-hour break). * **Closing Shift:** 1:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (includes 1-hour break). **WHAT WE OFFER YOU:** ✅ **Immediate Hiring:** Formal employment under MYPE payroll with statutory benefits. ✅ **Job Stability:** A permanent position at a growing company. ✅ **Unique Environment:** Work in a dynamic, youthful, and tech-forward setting. ✅ **Training:** We’ll train you comprehensively on the VR world.
