




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, end-to-end logistics management, and shipment documentation, providing support and solutions to retain the account. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of import/export shipments (air/sea, LCL/FCL/Project/IMO) 2. Ensuring delivery of comprehensive logistics services 3. Incident resolution and customer support to retain the account * Customer service for import/export, air/sea, LCL/FCL/Project/IMO shipments. * Ensuring delivery of comprehensive logistics services. * Submitting declarations via SINTAD or SDA-SUNAT, performing breakdowns, routing, and document management. * Providing regular updates on shipment status. * Sending pre-alerts and documents for review and approval. * Entering/registering shipments in SINTAD. * Preparing and analyzing shipment tracking reports. * Developing KPIs. * Providing continuous support. * Delivering customer-facing solutions for contingencies to retain the account. * Settling files and transferring them to the Billing and Treasury departments.
