Job Summary: Bocasion is seeking a Customer Service / Cafeteria staff member to support operational management in food services, delivering personalized customer service and participating in food preparation. We are currently seeking a **Customer Service / Cafeteria** staff member to support the operational management of our food services! **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized service to our customers. * Participate in the preparation of bread, triples, and sandwiches, serving and attending customers according to established standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Verify the availability of required resources before opening and monitor quantities of food received from the kitchen. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service or in the food and beverage industry. * Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Willingness to obtain a Sanitary Certificate (Carnet de sanidad). * Availability to work in the Callao district. **Work Schedule:** * Morning shift: Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. * Afternoon shift: Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. **We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Career development path. * Ongoing training. * Bi-weekly payments. * 100% covered meals. * Statutory benefits.
