Report and database updates, inventory support A prominent national company in the sector is currently seeking personnel for the position of: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or technical professional in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Administration. * Minimum one year of experience as an administrative assistant or administrative clerk. * Fast typing skills. * Basic knowledge of customs, cargo clearance, and imports. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is preferred. * Responsible individuals with eagerness to learn and strong positive attitude. * Availability to work full-time in San Isidro. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and ensure timely daily fleet dispatch, verifying adherence to scheduled timetables. * Monitor vehicles in real time via GPS platforms. * Manage and resolve operational incidents occurring during routes, coordinating with drivers and customers. * Execute administrative control of route resources, including electronic tolls, photo tickets, and warehouse access inductions. * Perform daily documentary closings, updating operational records. * Control and issue waybills, invoices, and transportation documentation. * Update reports and databases. * Support inventory and warehouse control. * Settlement and invoicing. * Other duties as assigned. **APPLY NOW AND JOIN OUR FAMILY!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
