Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, including sauce, side dish, and salad preparation, as well as performing mise en place. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of dishes. 2. Prepare sauces, side dishes, and salads. 3. Perform mise en place. Newrest is a multinational catering company currently operating in over 58 countries and has been present in Peru for 13 years. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in airline catering, concessions, and remote-site services—covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality in the latter. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum of 3 months’ experience in the position. * Availability to work overtime (PAID OVERTIME). * Must reside in areas adjacent to Callao (MANDATORY). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist the chef and/or head cook with pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes. * Prepare sauces, side dishes, salads, and other items. * Perform mise en place. * Assist in assigned food preparation and plating tasks. * Support activities as directed by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Base salary + mobility bonus + attendance bonus + 100% covered meals. * Monthly payments.
