Responsibilities: * Provide timely and high-quality customer service. * Resolve inquiries, questions, and requests. * Maintain clear and courteous communication. * Meet department-established goals. Requirements: * Strong verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in using PCs. * No prior experience required.
