Ongoing training on operational processes and industry standards. **What Profile Are We Seeking?** **Education:** Intern or graduate (technical or university degrees related to chemistry, pharmacy, biology, industrial administration, engineering, or quality management). **Residence:** Must reside in areas near the company (mandatory to optimize commuting time). **Attitude:** High level of commitment, professional ethics, and results orientation. **Key Requirements for the Position:** **Physical energy and dynamism:** Ability to perform operational activities at plant/field level requiring physical effort and constant movement across different company areas (including frequent climbing up and down stairs to a 5th floor). **Developed soft skills:** Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to work effectively in teams. **Resilience:** Strong capacity to work under pressure and efficiently resolve challenges in dynamic environments. **Your Main Responsibilities:** Support inspection and monitoring of quality standards across the company’s various production lines. Constantly move between warehouses and operational areas to verify process compliance. Record data, report operational incidents, and actively collaborate with supervision to ensure continuous improvement. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
