We are currently looking for new talent to join us as a Receptionist. Position Objective Provide excellent service to each visitor, maintain visitor registration records, handle incoming phone calls, and manage administrative reports. Responsibilities · Register new and existing patients for treatment planning. · Maintain Excel data sheets and Excel invoices for patient care coordination. · Prepare daily coordination schedules with Maxillaris departments to ensure proper patient care.
