Job Summary: We are seeking freelancers for a cold prospecting and outbound calling project in the educational and publishing sector, with emphasis on communication and motivation. Key Highlights: 1. Compensation: S/ 60 per hour For a project with a German client in the educational and publishing sector, our company is URGENTLY seeking 3–4 freelancers in Peru, preferably based in Lima, though candidates from Cusco and surrounding areas are also considered. Candidate Profile We Seek: German language proficiency at minimum B2 level At least 2 years of experience in cold prospecting / outbound calls Availability to work remotely Strong communication skills, responsibility, and motivation Start Date: January 2027 Approximately 200–300 hours per person Total project duration: approximately 1000–1200 hours Freelance engagement: as an additional activity, not a permanent employment contract Selection Process In addition to a personal interview, there will be a practical calling test. We will conduct a minimum of 15 calls, during which I will be present to directly assess German language proficiency, communication skills, and ability to generate results / close deals. Prior to project commencement, each freelancer must also complete at least 2 hours of personalized training with me to prepare and specifically equip them for this project.
