Position Summary: Rolopom and Human Corporis are seeking a professional to manage projects, procurement, and logistics of medical equipment, ensuring quality in healthcare services. Key Highlights: 1. Management of biomedical equipment projects and hospital implementation. 2. Procurement of biomedical equipment and consumables. 3. High-level negotiation and supplier management. We seek team members who embody our values: Honesty, teamwork, assertive communication, respect, excellence, humility, and proactivity. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering or related fields.** * Experience in managing biomedical equipment projects and hospital implementation (preferred). * **Experience procuring biomedical, electromechanical, and hospital equipment. (Mandatory)** * High-level negotiation and supplier management skills. * **Experience procuring consumables, spare parts, accessories, peripherals, and components for medical equipment.** * Preferred to have a supplier portfolio. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure appropriate stock levels according to project requirements. * Organize and coordinate freight transportation, ensuring products arrive at their destination on time and in good condition, meeting all technical specifications. * Maintain effective communication with suppliers and foster strong business relationships to ensure a consistent flow of materials and products. * Manage documentation and recordkeeping for all logistics operations, including invoices and shipping manifests. * Provide administrative support for logistics operations, including preparation of shipping documents and inventory management. **Benefits** * Working hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Formal employment registration from the first day of work, with all statutory benefits * Corporate benefits * EPS coverage at 70%.
