Frontline Excellence Manager **Category:** Medical Affairs **Location:**Lima, Lima Metropolitana, PE Medical Affairs Department Lima, Peru Lead medical excellence across three countries in the region, amplifying the impact of scientific evidence on thousands of healthcare professionals. **Your New Role** As a Frontline Excellence Manager based in Peru, you will serve as the strategic bridge between medical science and our sales force in Peru, Ecuador, and Uruguay, ensuring every interaction with healthcare professionals is supported by robust evidence and scientific rigor. You will lead a regional field team of Regional Medical Advisors, playing a key role in expanding our medical reach in the cardiometabolic area across these three strategic markets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Leading and developing the Regional Medical Advisor team in Peru, Ecuador, and Uruguay, establishing standards of excellence for field medical interactions. * Strategically supporting the regional sales force, strengthening their competencies in using and communicating scientific evidence. * Designing and implementing regional training programs to elevate the quality of medical-scientific interactions with healthcare professionals. * Expanding the network of direct engagement with HCPs across the three countries, identifying opportunities to strengthen science- and value-based relationships. * Collaborating with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and other regional stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution. * Monitoring and analyzing the impact of field medical excellence activities, adapting strategies to the specific characteristics of each market. * Ensuring compliance with all regulations and ethical standards governing medical activities across the three countries. **Your New Department** Within Medical Affairs, we are the team that ensures science and evidence lie at the heart of every decision and interaction with the medical community. Your role will be pivotal in bringing our medical excellence directly into the field across three key regional markets, building bridges between scientific innovation and healthcare professionals treating patients with cardiometabolic diseases. **Your Skills and Qualifications** We seek a medically trained leader passionate about scientific excellence and team development, with the ability to manage operations across multiple countries. You will bring: * Medical degree with specialization or clinical experience in cardiometabolic areas or related specialties (mandatory). * More than 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within the Medical Department, as RMA and/or Medical Manager (mandatory). * Proven experience as a People Manager (mandatory). * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Communication skills to influence and train diverse audiences, from commercial teams to medical opinion leaders. * Strategic planning and tactical execution capabilities simultaneously in dynamic, multi-country environments. * Learning agility and adaptability to change, staying current in a continuously evolving therapeutic area. * A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders. **Working at Novo Nordisk** Every day, we seek solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
