Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse for medical surveillance, protocol development, implementation of the annual plan, and occupational health training. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's degree in Nursing \- Diploma or courses in Occupational Health. (PREFERRED) \- One year of experience in occupational health. \- Intermediate-level knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Residency in areas adjacent to the South. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct occupational medical surveillance as a nurse for company employees (administrative and operational staff) * Develop protocols, procedures, and other occupational health-related documents in coordination with KAQVI SALUD’s occupational physician. * Implement the annual occupational health plan and the workers’ health surveillance program in coordination with KAQVI SALUD’s occupational physician. * Compile statistics on results of occupational medical examinations. * Implement and/or update the matrix of medical examination protocols (pre-employment, employment, and post-employment). * Train workers on occupational health matters.
