Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Physician to implement medical surveillance, lead training programs, and provide emergency care within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement occupational medical surveillance and training programs. 2. Monitor restrictions and submit annual medical reports. 3. Participate in worker health promotion and prevention initiatives. We are a private healthcare company with nationwide presence, currently seeking: **OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN – CALLAO** **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** * Licensed and registered Medical Doctor (Surgeon) * Minimum five (5) years of verifiable experience in occupational health * Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health (Mandatory) * Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certification **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Implement occupational medical surveillance. * Lead and deliver training programs according to the assigned site. * Deliver and monitor restrictions and observations; submit the annual report on occupational medical examination results. * Implement the company’s occupational health program, as well as worker health promotion and prevention activities. * Monitor implementation of the COVID-19 surveillance, prevention, and control plan, in accordance with updated regulations. * Submit management reports for the assigned site as required—annually, quarterly, monthly, weekly, or daily. * Attend meetings with the relevant committees at the assigned site. * Provide medical care during emergencies and/or urgent situations. **WORK CONDITIONS** * Fixed on-site schedule in Callao: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Availability to work at the airport **CORE COMPETENCIES** * Service orientation or vocation, empathy, teamwork “We are committed to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion across our teams and ensuring safe workplaces for all.
