Job Summary: We are seeking Cleaning Staff to perform cleaning, disinfection, and plant watering activities, with priority given to accident prevention. Key Points: 1. Responsibility for accident prevention in all activities. 2. Cleaning and disinfection of all areas. 3. Maintenance and care of plants. **Responsibilities:** Carry out daily work activities with due consideration for accident prevention. Cleaning and disinfection of all areas. Watering of plants. **Hiring Requirement:** 1 Cleaning Staff member to join: Requirements **Requirements:** Completed secondary education (preferred) Experience in building cleaning and risk prevention (preferred) Physical ability to maintain stairs and common areas. Basic knowledge of gardening (watering and fertilizers) is preferred. Residence in areas near Santiago de Surco to ensure punctuality (preferred) Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Benefits **Benefits:** Base salary of 1130 soles \+ 150 soles for transportation (REMYPE payroll) Work location in a safe area.
