Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to support metal-mechanical production processes, performing tasks such as loading, unloading, material verification, and maintaining order. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in metal-mechanical production processes. 2. Active collaboration in assembly and processing tasks. 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the production area. We are a metal-mechanical company specializing in tunnel and slope support for mining operations, and we require Production Assistants. REQUIREMENTS: Immediate availability One year of experience in steel transformation or similar companies (not mandatory) Proactivity, orderliness, and responsibility Availability for rotating shifts Availability to work from Monday to Saturday Basic handling of manual and industrial tools. Responsibilities: Support production processes following supervisor instructions. Perform loading, unloading, and material transport within the plant. Verify and organize raw materials and finished products in work areas. Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area. Comply with company-established safety and quality standards. Assist operators or technicians in assembly, mixing, or processing tasks as required.
