Execute and prepare materials and equipment to meet the daily production schedule. 2\. Record daily production activities per work order (WO), including quantities processed and labor hours expended; causes and quantities of defective units per WO. 3\. Record completed and released WOs in the daily quality control and dispatch report for warehouse dispatch. 4\. Perform activities according to parameters established in the WO while ensuring product quality. 5\. Generate labels for product packaging. 6\. Prepare samples or mock-ups for each WO prior to initiating finishing operations and obtain approval before commencing activities. 7\. Consult your immediate supervisor regarding any doubts, incomplete or ambiguous information in the WO that may affect product quality or cause incorrect processing. 8\. Promptly inform your immediate supervisor of causes and/or events impacting production schedule adherence, as well as non-conformities in in-process material or final product. 9\. Attach five final product samples to the WO for archiving, if required by the product. 10\. Perform machine and/or finishing equipment adjustments and cleaning. 11\. Support cutting activities: trimming, squaring, palletizing, etc. 12\. Support post-press machines as required. 13\. Maintain order and cleanliness in your workstation and/or work area. 14\. Know and comply with company-established policies, procedures, standards, controls, etc., applicable to your position across various management systems. 15\. Report any incidents or deviations known to you that could impact the organization’s management systems. 16\. Strictly comply with the Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health (RISST) and Safe Work Procedures (PETS). 17\. Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company throughout the entire work shift. 18\. Conduct pre-use inspection (checklist) of machinery or tools under your responsibility before starting work and maintain the daily logbook. 19\.
