Position Summary: We are seeking a technician or graduate with experience in warehouse and procurement to manage and optimize inventory, coordinate suppliers, and supervise the receipt and distribution of materials. Efficient material verification and distribution REQUIREMENTS: * Technician or graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse and procurement functions for goods and services within the Bodywork, Metal-Mechanical, or Machinery Repair Workshop sector. * Knowledge of warehouse management and optimization. * Familiarity with inventory management or Kardex systems. * Procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching merchandise. * Physical capability to perform manual labor (loading and unloading merchandise). * Strong interpersonal and supplier management skills. * Knowledge of storage systems and material handling. * Residence in San Juan de Lurigancho, near Jicamarca. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Select suppliers based on quality, price, service, and payment terms, ensuring optimal cost-benefit for the company. * Coordinate and validate purchase orders placed with suppliers, ensuring compliance with required specifications. * Supervise receipt of goods and services, verifying quantities, quality, and agreed prices. * Supervise and coordinate warehousing activities, ensuring proper organization and maintenance of goods. * Organize, distribute, and code warehouse tools and materials. * Update and process records (tool loans, delivery vouchers, PPE issuance). * Receive and verify supplier merchandise. * Perform material receipt control. * Receive invoices and/or supporting documentation. * Report minimum stock levels to enable immediate replenishment. * Verify operational functionality of electric and manual tools prior to issuing them to operational staff. * Distribute materials assigned to each project. * Prepare comparative charts for supplier selection. * Develop a database of selected suppliers. * Conduct direct purchases and collect materials from the supplier’s premises.
