Opportunity for professional development in aesthetic medicine **Patient Care and Appointment Scheduling Assistant** An aesthetic medicine clinic is seeking a responsible, organized, and patient-oriented Patient Care Assistant for full-time employment. **Schedule and Work Modality** * Monday to Saturday * 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * Virtual/hybrid modality as required * Availability for timely responses outside working hours only in urgent cases **Main Responsibilities** * Respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to patient messages. * Provide clear information about aesthetic treatments (training provided). * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments. * Coordinate appointment availability across multiple locations. * Conduct follow-ups with new and existing patients. * Manage the appointment scheduling system. * Register, organize, and update the patient database. * Prepare reports and manage information. **Requirements** * Experience in customer service and appointment scheduling. * Excellent written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and responsiveness. * Friendly demeanor and patient-centered approach. * Basic proficiency in Excel and/or scheduling systems or CRM, with willingness to learn. * Interest in the field of aesthetic medicine. **Compensation** * Base salary: S/ 1,600 * Performance-based bonuses * Timely payments **Application**: Send your updated CV to karendalia_1@hotmail.com Subject line: Patient Care Assistant Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,600.00 per month Work location: Hybrid in San Isidro, Lima
