We are ALVCOM, a company composed of professionals from the Banking Financial Sector, Commercial Sector, and Services Sector, with extensive experience in outsourced sales management. Currently, we provide sales services for corporate and individual products to BANBIF Bank; therefore, we are seeking top talent like you to join our commercial team in Lima. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Generate agreement-based loan placements: Personal loans, Debt consolidation, and Loan refinancing. Assigned to agreements (e.g., Essalud, Peruvian Navy, Air Force, Ministries, among others). Manage assigned database. Visit clients across various agreements and verify their compliance with required criteria. Conduct sales and post-sales follow-up and closure (loan disbursement). WE OFFER: Commissions starting from the first disbursed transaction. High commissions with no cap on income figures. Production-based incentives. Continuous training. Work Certificate and/or Internship Certificate. Career path. Personal work tools (photocheck \+ cards \+ flyers). REQUIREMENTS: Experience in placing personal loans (AGREEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED). Experience in selling financial products and/or active sales. Organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Laptop and internet access at home. Availability for fieldwork (occasionally required: client signatures and client promotion).
