Manage the activation of master data across the international network **Date:** Jun 8, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Coordinate and manage the distribution planning for International Businesses (NNII), maintaining an agile and flexible supply chain to ensure timely and appropriate stock levels at international customers while guaranteeing an optimal service level. Likewise, coordinate and manage the distribution planning of finished products for Alicorp’s International Businesses (subsidiaries and new geographies – NNII) to enable efficient supply from Peru, maintaining an agile and flexible supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels in those geographies in a timely manner, thereby guaranteeing an optimal service level to the countries involved while safeguarding associated logistics costs. **What will you do in your role?** * Lead end-to-end optimization of NNII processes. * Lead the implementation project of the automatic supply model via IBP in countries where we operate. * Contribute to the development and updating of location requirements for NNII management as part of the Supply Review. * Define monthly and weekly export process calendars by coordinating with relevant departments and delivering corresponding outputs. * Coordinate the execution of export programs through collaborative management with foreign trade, distribution, and supply planning departments. * Implement and monitor NNII management KPIs in the short, medium, and long term, identifying opportunities and taking appropriate preventive and corrective actions. * Ensure accurate and timely updates of export SKU master data parameters across Alicorp’s various systems (S4H, IBP Order-Based, IBP Time Series, IBP Inventory Optimization), aligned with market changes and production planning. * Coordinate actions for product or resource supply in new commercial projects (new products, relaunches, and promotions). * Ensure implementation of supply best practices within the involved businesses/countries, replicating the Alicorp Peru model. * Support the NNII SKU rationalization process, facilitating decision-making to determine whether a specific product should be retained or discontinued at the appropriate level. * Maintain virtual and in-person collaborative spaces with NNII businesses to identify opportunities and track implementation of best practices and improvements. * Manage master data activation for ZFER and ZHAW materials across all NNII network locations in the Data Steward role. * Introduce management tools that facilitate effective information handling. **What do we need from you?** * Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution planning and/or similar positions. * Professional with knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and manufacturing processes, preferably in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries. * Knowledge and experience using planning tools and managing KPIs related to Supply Chain management. * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced level preferred. * Proficiency in Power BI; intermediate level preferred. * Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP (preferred). * Specialized studies in Supply Chain (preferred).
