Your primary objective will be to deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental care—diagnosing, treating, and preventing oral health issues—while ensuring a comfortable and trustworthy experience for our pediatric and adult patients. ​**Key Functions and Responsibilities** * ​**Assessment and Diagnosis:** Conduct comprehensive oral examinations, interpret radiographs, and develop personalized, precise treatment plans. * ​**Clinical Treatments:** Perform general dentistry procedures including cleanings (prophylaxis), composite restorations, fillings, simple extractions, and basic prosthetics. * ​**Patient Education:** Clearly explain diagnoses and promote oral hygiene and preventive habits. * ​**Clinical Record Management:** Maintain patients' records rigorously up to date, documenting progress and treatments performed. * ​**Biosecurity:** Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, disinfection, and safety protocols for both patients and staff. * ​**Timely Referrals:** Identify complex cases and coordinate referrals to appropriate specialists (e.g., Orthodontics, Periodontics, Maxillofacial Surgery). ​**Requirements and Candidate Profile** * ​**Education:** Dentist / Dental Surgeon. * ​**Professional Registration:** Valid professional degree and active, authorized license to practice. * ​**Experience:** Recent graduates are welcome; clinical practice experience is valued. * ​**Soft Skills:** * ​Excellent communication and empathy (ability to calm anxious or nervous patients). * ​Impeccable professional ethics and honesty in diagnosis. * ​Ability to work collaboratively and under patient-centered clinical guidance. * ​Attention to detail and fine manual dexterity. ​**We Offer** * ​**Compensation Structure:** Commission-based remuneration (% per treatment), discussed during the interview. * ​**Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, morning or afternoon shift. * ​**Work Environment:** Modern, fully equipped dental office with all necessary instruments and materials. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
