




Job Summary: Maersk is seeking an Inventory Auxiliary to perform cyclic inventory counts, ensure record accuracy, and support inventory management optimization, as well as picking and VAS processes. As an **Inventory Auxiliary**, you will be responsible for performing cyclic inventory counts in warehouses, ensuring record accuracy and compliance with established procedures. You will contribute to early discrepancy detection and support inventory management optimization; additionally, when required, you will assist and collaborate in picking and VAS processes to guarantee product availability and preparation. **Key Responsibilities** Inventory Management * Conduct product cyclic counts according to the plan established by the Inventory Coordinator. * Record results in the ERP system or inventory management software. * Report discrepancies and findings to the Inventory Coordinator. * Support internal inventory audits. Process Optimization * Suggest improvements to counting and recording procedures. * Contribute to proper product rotation (FIFO, FEFO). Collaboration * Maintain effective communication with the Inventory Coordinator and warehouse team. * Support receiving, storage, and distribution tasks when required. Support in Picking (if required) * Collaborate in order preparation and product selection. * Ensure correct product identification and handling during picking. * Meet defined quality standards and delivery timelines. Support in VAS – Value-Added Services (if required) * Collaborate in customer product preparation and value-added processes. * Ensure correct product identification and handling per VAS department guidelines and procedures. * Meet defined quality standards and delivery timelines. **Requirements** * High school graduate * Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
