Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to record, analyze, and validate accounting transactions, prepare reports, and reconcile accounts, contributing to the optimization of financial resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. IFRS Accounting Operations Analysis and Validation 2. Preparation of Accounting and Financial Reports for the Parent Company 3. Identification of Improvements in Accounting and Financial Processes We are a company with 25 years of presence in the Peruvian market, specializing in the manufacturing of lubricant trucks for the mining industry. **Specific Functions and Responsibilities:** * Record, analyze, and validate accounting transactions in accordance with IFRS and internal policies. * Prepare accounting and financial reports for various internal departments and the parent company. * Perform reconciliation of accounting and balance sheet accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial information. * Ensure compliance with accounting and financial processes, aligning them with internal standards and IFRS. * Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting and financial processes within a continuous improvement framework and best practices. * Carry out treasury activities as assigned, contributing to the optimization of the company's financial resources. * Support other accounting and financial processes as required by the department. Requirements: * Currently completing final cycles or holding a degree in Accounting. * Specialization in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Accounting, and Taxation. * Minimum of 5 years of experience preparing financial information (financial statements, notes, accounting analyses, and management reports). * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Analyst and/or in Auditing. * Experience in fixed asset management and accounting for right-of-use contracts (IFRS 16\). * Participation in process improvement projects related to the accounting close. * Experience in treasury management. * Experience in industrial and/or mass-consumption sectors. * Experience in financial auditing (desirable). * Knowledge of internal controls in accounting reporting processes (desirable). * Strong knowledge of general accounting, revenues and expenses, financial information analysis and verification. * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of accounting systems (concar). * Knowledge of SIRE tax filing.
