Although the company provides ongoing training, we seek self-motivated individuals eager to learn independently—those interested in reading, researching, and continuously strengthening their knowledge to deliver professional advisory services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Promote and sell the portfolio of nutritional formulas. * Visit pharmacies, drugstores, and healthcare establishments according to assigned routes. * Identify new business opportunities and develop the customer portfolio. * Build trust-based relationships with customers and healthcare professionals. * Achieve sales targets and prepare management reports. * Participate in training sessions and brand positioning activities. **Required Profile:** * Experience in field sales, consultative sales, or business development. * Prior experience in direct sales, marketing of wellness or nutrition products, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or related sectors is highly valued. * Excellent communication skills, articulate speaking ability, and negotiation skills. * Commitment to continuous learning and constant knowledge updating. * Ability to understand technical information and clearly convey it to customers. * Organized, persistent, proactive, and results-oriented individual. * Willingness to perform fieldwork. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary \+ commissions \+ transportation allowance. * Ongoing training on products and commercial techniques. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the commercial area. * Job stability and an excellent work environment.
