Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive filmmaker/videographer to transform the CEO's daily activities into high-impact audiovisual content for social media. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of high-impact audiovisual content for social media 2. Shadowing the CEO in their daily routine 3. Development of storytelling applied to real-world content and digital trends **Purpose of the Role** To transform the CEO’s daily activities (training sessions, business operations, meetings, and lifestyle) into high-impact audiovisual content for social media. **Role Mission** To shadow the CEO in their daily routine (**shadow format**), capturing spontaneous, authentic, and strategic content without disrupting the natural flow of activities. **Responsibilities** * Continuous shadow-format recording (CEO’s daily routine) * Editing content for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and YouTube * Storytelling applied to real-world content * Adapting content to digital trends * Organizing audiovisual materials * Proposing ideas and formats **Candidate Profile** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a filmmaker or videographer * Proficiency with editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or others) * Knowledge of social media content creation * Creativity, proactivity, and agility * Ability to adapt to dynamic environments (on-location shooting) **Key Requirements** * Hybrid work arrangement in Lima * Personal transportation (mandatory) * Availability to travel across different areas of Lima (Barranco, Miraflores, San Isidro, Los Olivos) * Availability to accompany the CEO to various locations **Working Hours** * 48 hours per week, scheduled according to agenda * Availability from Monday to Sunday (planned) * Shoots starting as early as **5:00 a.m. on some days** * Sundays only occasionally * Overtime compensated Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Miraflores, Lima
