We are HUMANTYX, and on behalf of a multinational company launching operations in Peru, we are seeking an IP / Talent Development Lead. Job Description We are looking for an IP / Talent Development Lead with experience in talent management and development, digital marketing agencies, or entertainment companies. This person will be responsible for identifying, developing, and enhancing team talent by designing strategies that strengthen professional growth and contribute to brand positioning. Responsibilities Design and implement strategies for internal talent development. Identify high-potential employees and develop individual growth plans. Monitor and support team performance. Coordinate training and skill-development programs. Collaborate with content, marketing, and leadership teams to strengthen organizational talent. Propose initiatives that foster team engagement, creativity, and professional development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in talent development, performance management, or team training. Experience in digital marketing agencies, entertainment companies, or online betting firms is desirable. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of talent development methodologies, coaching, or performance management. Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
