We are HUMANTYX, and, on behalf of a multinational company launching its operations in Peru, we are seeking a Lead Editor (TikTok/Reels). Job Description We are looking for a Lead Editor (TikTok/Reels) with experience in editing content for digital platforms, marketing agencies, or entertainment companies. The candidate will be responsible for leading the audiovisual content editing process for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-video platforms, ensuring dynamic, creative, and digitally trend-aligned output. Responsibilities Lead the content editing process for TikTok, Reels, and other short-video platforms. Edit audiovisual content with a focus on retention, engagement, and virality. Coordinate with content, production, and marketing teams to ensure publication quality. Incorporate effects, transitions, graphics, and visual assets to enhance content impact. Stay updated on editing trends and digital formats. Supervise adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines for the editing team. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Audiovisual Communication, Design, Multimedia Production, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience editing social media content. Experience in digital marketing agencies, entertainment companies, or online gambling firms is desirable. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software. Knowledge of audiovisual storytelling, digital-platform editing, and short-video formats. Creativity, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities. We Offer Work modality: On-site.
