We are HUMANTYX, and on behalf of a multinational company launching its operations in Peru, we are seeking a Live Streaming Lead. Job Description We are looking for a Live Streaming Lead with experience in live streaming for digital platforms, marketing agencies, or entertainment companies. The candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and supervision of live streams, ensuring a high-quality experience for the audience and guaranteeing the proper functioning of technical resources during each broadcast. Responsibilities Lead live streaming execution on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Kick. Operate and supervise live streaming systems using OBS and other specialized tools. Manage audio, video, and streaming quality configuration and monitoring. Resolve technical incidents and respond promptly to unexpected situations during live broadcasts. Coordinate with content, production, and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of live events. Ensure compliance with quality standards for every broadcast. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Audiovisual Communication, Systems Engineering, Multimedia Production, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in live streaming production or management. Experience in digital marketing agencies, entertainment companies, or online betting firms is desirable. Experience with streaming platforms such as TikTok Live, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and Kick. Proficiency in OBS Studio and other live streaming tools. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous streams. We Offer Work modality: On-site.
