Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for a back-office services company, processing and recording accounting transactions for a diversified corporate group. Key Highlights: 1. Organization, efficiency, and teamwork are valued Currently at **Talento Online**, we are looking for professionals interested in working as an **Accounting Assistant**, for a back-office services company that supports one of the country's leading corporate groups with diversified presence across key sectors including mass consumption, logistics, energy, and agriculture. Among its core services are accounting, finance, taxation, administration, IT, collections, and treasury. **Responsibilities:** * Process and record local purchase invoices in the company's accounting system. * Process and record DUAS (Customs Import Declarations) for imports in the company's accounting system. * Process and record leasing invoices in the company's accounting system. * Process and record bills of lading (BL) in the company's accounting system. * Process and record petty cash funds and advances to be accounted for in the company's accounting system. * Process and record advances in the company's accounting system. * Ensure accurate recording of transactions. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of taxation (deductions, withholdings, IGV Unified Text, Payment Voucher Regulations). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience using accounting systems. * Competency-wise, organization and efficiency, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, quality orientation, stress tolerance, and teamwork will be valued. **Value Proposition:** * Hybrid work schedule from 9 am \- 6 pm in Zárate \- SJL. * Fixed-term contract of 6 months (renewable based on performance), under the general labor regime. * Basic EPS health insurance plan covered at 100% (including oncological coverage) for the primary insured.
