What will be your mission? You will accompany the customer throughout their entire process. Provide support and guidance at every step. Resolve questions regarding navigation and platform usage. Ensure a smooth, clear, and satisfying customer service experience. What do you need to join our team? Completed secondary education. With or without customer service experience (in-person or call center). Excellent communication, writing, and spelling skills. Basic computer literacy and intermediate-level internet navigation skills. Availability to work 48 HOURS PER WEEK at our Bellavista – Callao site. **SCHEDULES:** **Training:** Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM \- 9:00 PM **Management Shifts:** **SHIFT 1:** 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM **SHIFT 2:** 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM **SHIFT 3:** 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM **SHIFT 4:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM What do we offer?
