Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst with transportation experience to coordinate and manage the vehicle fleet, maintenance, and satellite monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and optimizes the vehicle fleet 2. Coordinates and controls vehicle maintenance 3. Conducts satellite monitoring and incident management We are looking for a **LOGISTICS ANALYST WITH EXPERIENCE IN TRANSPORTATION** with immediate availability **REQUIREMENTS** * Reside in areas near Surquillo * Hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Have 2 years of experience in logistics * Knowledge of purchase and service orders **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and control preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. * Manage the vehicle fleet, analyze quotations, and issue reports. * Assign available vehicles to installation technicians. * Perform satellite monitoring, control, and reporting of accidents/incidents for insurance policy application. * Consolidate national fuel consumption reports. * Diagnose equipment requiring repair. * Plan vehicle fleet maintenance. * Collect data from the entire fleet to perform optimization and efficiency tasks. * Detect incidents (e.g., mechanical failures, accidents, traffic jams) and provide tools to resolve them in real time. * Monitor vehicle conditions to anticipate maintenance sessions. * Monitor driver behavior and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, e.g., driving hours or rest periods. * Control drivers' driving hours and ensure tachograph records are correctly compiled and processed. * Supervise hours of service (HOS), electronic logging devices (ELD), and other regulatory requirements to ensure all drivers operate in full compliance. * Record fuel consumption per vehicle to identify inefficient usage patterns and implement corrective measures. * Detect unexpected fuel consumption variations, which may indicate mechanical issues or inappropriate behaviors, such as fuel theft. * Provide detailed reports on various aspects of fleet management; e.g., vehicle performance, driver behavior, fuel consumption, and operational costs. * Apply advanced analytics techniques to forecast future issues and improvement opportunities, thereby facilitating proactive decision-making. * Register and monitor route sheets and other institutional vehicle control records. * Organize and provide transportation services for institutional staff required to perform their duties. **If interested, please send your CV to 989\-119\-420** Workplace: On-site employment
