Job Summary: OCA Global is seeking a Senior Fleet and Transportation Analyst to manage and optimize the fleet, supervise services and suppliers, and prepare expense reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and evaluate protocols for fleet vehicle onboarding. 2. Negotiate contracts with vehicle rental and service providers. 3. Propose improvements and optimization in fleet and transportation management. OCA GLOBAL, a company dedicated to inspection, certification, testing, consulting, and training activities in sectors such as Mining, Oil \& Gas, Energy, and Industry, is currently seeking: **Senior Fleet and Transportation Analyst** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or candidate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in similar positions within electricity, gas, or mining service contractor companies.** * Completion of a **fleet management course in Lima, Callao, and provinces.** * Knowledge of supplier qualification (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in **Excel and Power BI (mandatory).** * Valid **Class A1 driver's license (mandatory).** * Work location: **Canta Callao \- San Martin de Porres** **Responsibilities** * Manage and evaluate protocols and standards for fleet vehicle onboarding. * Automate control and updating of vehicle documentation (SOAT, technical inspections, insurance, etc.). * Supervise transportation services and suppliers assigned to projects. * Ensure timely preparation and submission of time sheets and rental settlements: minivans, motorcycles, cars, etc. * Manage **service orders, invoicing, and supplier payments.** * Negotiate contracts with vehicle rental, maintenance, fuel, spare parts, GPS, and related service providers. * Prepare **expense reports and fleet cost control reports per project.** * Propose **improvements and optimization in fleet and transportation management.** **Benefits** * All **statutory benefits.** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Professional training and development opportunities.
